Moishe Mana Ft. Lauderdale Acquisition

Mana Common, led by Chairman and CEO Moishe Mana, has added to its South Florida real estate holdings with the $89 million purchase of 110 Tower, a major Class A office building in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Located at 110 SE 6th Street, the building was sold by GV IP 110 Tower Owner LLC. CBRE’s Christian Lee, Sean Kelly, Tom Rappa, and Matthew Lee represented the seller, with City National Bank of Florida supplying financing.

This purchase takes Mana Common beyond its core footprint in Downtown Miami, Wynwood, and Allapattah, putting a key Fort Lauderdale property under its belt.

Standing 30 stories tall and covering roughly 400,869 square feet, 110 Tower is the tallest office building in Fort Lauderdale’s Central Business District. Tenants have access to floor-to-ceiling glass with clear ocean views, a full-service fitness center, multiple dining spots, a conference facility, and event spaces featuring an outdoor terrace.

Its location within Fort Lauderdale’s Civic Core also places the tower adjacent to the Broward County Courthouse and Judicial Complex and near the new $245 million Federal Courthouse. The surrounding concentration of legal and government institutions positions the property to serve businesses and organizations operating within Fort Lauderdale’s growing downtown district.

The deal is part of a larger, ongoing investment push across South Florida by Moishe Mana, whose wide-ranging portfolio spans real estate, technology, culture, and community initiatives in Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Allapattah, and now Fort Lauderdale.
